Let it go. Let it move away. Let it follow its direction.
You cannot get hold of anyone in life. Not time. Not people and not
circumstances. All of them will move. Nothing remains stagnant and that is what
life is.
People come in your life- gives you memories to cherish lifelong,
lessons unlimited, make you understand who you are, some will be your
inspiration, some will be your power and some will be the reasons for your successful
in way or the other.
But no one will stick with you forever. One has to leave.
Everyone has got a role to play in your life. The day role is going to over,
person has to leave. But you’ll not be
empty handed. You’ll be having his/her words always with you ringing in your
head.
Talk about time and circumstances. You are happy- you are
enjoying- you are shopping- you are hanging out- you are travelling- you are
back to work- you are back to daily routine- Someone passes away- you are sad-
you are broken- you have lost the job- you are disappointed- you are losing
hope- you got a chance once again- you got a job- you got a routine- you are
back to normal.
Time can never remain the same. It tests you. But you’ll always
pass the test as time has to pass.
So the bottom line is- Never get hold of things in life. The
more you want to hold them, the more you’ll be suffering when they’ll leave
you. Sand in your hand will leave your grip and escape. If water becomes
stagnant, it’ll stink badly. The same way your life will stink if situations
will remain constant.
Moral of the story is - Nothing lasts forever. Like the trees in
autumn, you too must learn to shed your attachments and start afresh.
